- I have the right to decline any commission I am not comfortable with.- I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own work or use it for anything other than personal use.- All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only. Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited unless you have paid the additional commercial-use fee.- Clients are prohibited to mint / sell the commissioned piece for NFT or any form of Cryptocurrency or Blockchain.- Clients are prohibited to feed the commissioned piece to AI or any form AI "Art" Program.- Payment First Policy. Pay 50% first before I start the commission, and the other 50% before I send you the final output. This condition is to avoid scams and wasting time.- No rush orders. Working time is 1-2 weeks for No-Fuss Messy Sketches, 2-3 weeks for Quick Pieces, and up to 2 months for Serious Works.- Payment can be made through Paypal, Ko-fi, G-Cash, or Paymaya.- Stricly NO cancellations. Cancellation Fee of 50% the commission price if the commission has already been started by the time of cancellation request.
